the hotel is located near public transportation. it's a short walk to the subway station. the staff were friendly during breakfast. i found the bedding comfortable.
the carpets looked filthy. my room was not cleaned until late in the day. wardrobe space was limited and drawers were missing.

I found the staff were very friendly. the rooms were spacious enough with everything i needed at hand. the location was great. The street was quiet and i felt safe walking to and from the tube station at night.
i did notice the carpets looked a little worn.

the hotel is near the pimlico station, approximately a couple of minutes away. victoria station is also within walking distance, at about 5-10 minutes. this location makes it easy to get around the city.

breakfast included sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns, baked beans, tomatoes, and mushrooms. semi skimmed milk and soya milk were available. there was also a tea and coffee machine for hot beverages.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, i especially appreciated the early check-in. housekeeping did an excellent job, they always greeted me with a smile. the location is convenient, it is close to public transport making it easy to get around.
the carpet in my room seemed old. it needs to be replaced.
